We saw the property online in the morning and contacted Manu a few hours later. He kindly arranged a viewing for that evening ahead of the Open home on Saturday. Manu spent an hour of his time letting us not feel rushed and answering all questions. He even advised us to add a covering letter for the vendors, which we feel really added another positive attribute to our offer. From the time our offer was accepted Manu rung us that evening, out of work hours, just so he could let us know right away. Over the course of due diligence he was always available to assist with builders being on site and following up with details regarding the house electrics. Nothing was ever a problem and he was great at communicating, returning all messages and phone calls. We’ve had a very positive home buying experience with Manu.
